Return & Refund Policy

At Omo Nile Studios, every piece is made with intention. We stand behind the quality of every garment we produce, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at returns@omonilestudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omonilestudios.com with a photo of the defect. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
