Shipping Policy

Omo Nile Studios is committed to delivering your order with the same care and precision that goes into every garment we make. All orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@omonilestudios.com. We will work with our fulfillment partners to locate your shipment and resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Omo Nile Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
